Commercial Terms & Net-30 Facility

1. Payment Terms: Standard orders are fulfilled on 100% advance or Letter of Credit. Institutional Net-30 credit terms are extended exclusively to accredited government entities and corporate hospital chains following credit appraisal.

2. Statutory Taxation: All transactions are billed under GST laws. Intra-state dispatches within Maharashtra incur CGST (half) + SGST (half). Inter-state consignments incur IGST.

3. Damaged / Broken Cold Chain: Consignments must be examined upon arrival. Temperature indicator discrepancies must be reported within 6 hours for immediate batch replacement.
